Basic Principles:

1. Hole Effect

The material has accumulated very high power after compressing and lose  pressure instantly while falling into the current limiting gap, then the release of high power will cause hole explosion  to break the materials intensively.

Shearing Effect

Under the high pressure condition, high power will be accumulated in the working chamber and when the materials flow through the homogenizing narrow channel it will turn into swift current and the shearing effect will cut the materials into much smaller particles.

Taking experimental model UH-03 as an example:

1.Especially suitable for small batches from 10 to 200ml

2.70Mpa can homogenize E-coli. Low working pressure and low heat production.
